Accord Productions is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to fill our open Customer Service Representative position.  Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, giving out quotes, and processing orders.  The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

Ø      Excellent verbal and written communications

Ø      Excellent follow-up skills

Ø      Attention to detail

Ø      Good computer skills

Ø      The ability to multi-task

Ø      The ability to problem solve

Ø      The desire to provide customers with excellent service

Ø      Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants preferred

Knowledge of the production industry, experience in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop a plus.

Customer Service Hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, applicants need to be available to work during these hours.
